Morgan County (W.Veterans administration.) Prosecuting Attorney Debra MH McLaughlin and 24th Family Circuit Court Judge David A. Camilletti applied using the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission for that open seat within the 23rd circuit, including Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties.

The procedure for filling the present vacancy is nonpartisan.
