Danny Vaccaro (Little Big Man) continues to be seen at BRT in Man of los angeles Mancha, Rumors, Lost in Yonkers, Tuesdays with Morrie and Little Shop of Horrors. He made an appearance on Broadway in La Cage Aux Folles and appeared within the national tour from the Diary of Anne Frank. Regional credits include several productions at Barter Theatre including leading roles in Sweeney Todd, Singin’ while it is raining, and also the Last 5 Years, in addition to productions at Goodman Theatre, Fulton Opera House and also the Walnut Street Theatre.

BRT’s 30th anniversary season continues with Working: a Musical adapted in the book by Studs Terkel and including audio by Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton) on November 1-20, Driving Miss Daisy by Alfred Urhy on The month of january 24-Feb 12, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Jesus Superstar on March 21-April 16 and Agatha Christie’s Witness for that Prosecution on May 9-28.

Susan D. Atkinson (Director) theatrical career spans 4 decades of directing and producing on the east and west coasts. She’s directed more than 150 plays and musicals in her own career, including world and area premieres from such playwrights and composers as Doug Katsoras, Mark St. Germain, Jon Marans, Alan Knee and Ray Gatlin. For BRT, Atkinson directed the hit Always…Patsy Cline, in addition to Bus Stop, Rumors, Enemy of those, Tuesdays with Morrie, Little Shop of Horrors, Exactly What A Glorious Feeling, Inherit The Wind, The Great Earth, Wintertime, Irma La Douce, Alive and Well, The Cost, 110 within the Shade, A Sunbeam, Inspecting Carol, A Moon for that Misbegotten, Arsenic and Old Lace, Just A Little Night Music, Lady Trip to Emerson’s Bar and Grill, Holiday, Talley’s Folly, Proof, Little Women, A Raw Space and Steel Magnolias. In 1998, Atkinson directed Ray Gatlin’s Texas Flyer both at BRT and also at Theatre Underneath the Stars in Houston, Texas.

Jessica Wagner (Patsy Cline) returns to BRT where she’s been featured last season in Bus Stop and Rumors and appeared within the title role of Always…Patsy Cline. She’s appeared in several productions at Forestburgh Playhouse such as the Seem of Music, Spamalot and Avenue Q, as well as in My Fair Lady at Sea Condition Theatre Company. She’s been featured in cabaret performances in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Town Hall and Joe’s Pub in the Public Theatre.

Directed by Susan D. Atkinson, A More In-depth Walk with Patsy Cline stars Jessica Wagner who wowed audiences as Patsy Cline in BRT’s hit production Always Patsy Cline. The development also features BRT favorite Danny Vaccaro along with a quartet of Jared Calhoun, Nate Golden, Christopher J. Perugini, and Sean C. White-colored because the Jordannaires.
