Nintendo has announced that Bayonetta 3 is within development solely for Nintendo Switch. The reveal happened throughout the Game Awards, when Reggie Fils-Aime made an appearance on stage and introduced a brief teaser. The recording featured the titular character, Bayonetta, using her legendary dual-wielding pistols, firing bullets in to the distance.

Just like the prior two records within the series, Bayonetta 3 has been produced by Platinum Games. Nintendo is going to be publishing the title, much like it did for that second game within the series.
