BOISE, Idaho — A high defensive lineman for Boise Condition continues to be arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
“Boise Condition understands the problem involving David Moa,” the college stated inside a statement. “We take this trouble seriously, and can handle it appropriately and internally, once we use all conduct-related issues.”
The arrest from the 6-feet-3, 271-pound Moa was initially as reported by the . Details weren’t immediately available.
He later was listed as no more finding yourself in child custody. Moa is scheduled to look in the court Monday around the misdemeanor charge.
Moa, who’s from North Park, brought Boise Condition with 8-plus sacks in 2016 and it was an exciting-Mountain West first-team selection.
The Ada County Sheriff’s Office’s website shows 21-year-old David Moa was taken into child custody at 2:25 a.m. Saturday by Boise police.
