A ton warning is within effect across Baltimore until 11 p.m. following a quick rain storm dumped one inch or more of rain.
Meteorologists advised motorists to become careful and never drive-thru floodwaters.
The rain may come as the floor is saturated from last weekend’s rain. Around 4 inches of rain fell across areas of the location Friday and Saturday.
The Nation’s Weather Service issued the warning soon after 5 p.m., being an isolated but intense storm cell entered the town. The warning also covers the Dundalk area in southeastern Baltimore County.
