The Florida Department of kids and Families required the kid into child custody.

Jennifer Nichols, 34, and 32-year-old Joshua Sanders were arrested on November. 30, based on the Pensacola News Journal. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has billed the happy couple with one count of neglecting a young child.

The kid hadn’t attended school in several weeks and told law enforcement he sometimes spoken with Sanders and Nichols, who’d provide him a tiny bit of money along with a couple of meals, but he frequently couldn’t achieve them, based on the News Journal.

The lady stated she attempted to consider proper care of the kid, whose age wasn’t revealed, but she couldn’t provide just as much support because the boy needed, according to the report.
