The California Highway Patrol cancelled an Amber Alert about 1 hour 30 minutes after issuing it Monday morning.

SOLEDAD, Calif. (AP) — A great Samaritan pulled a vehicle seat from the rear of a vehicle Monday after recognizing military services weapons baby having a man who made an appearance to become intoxicated by drugs, police stated.

Construction worker Colin Blevin is credited with pulling the kid in the vehicle. Everybody Blevin acted while he felt Gutierrez is at no condition to look after an infant. Blevin told the newspaper that the addled Gutierrez paced and muttered to themself outdoors the stolen vehicle.

Soledad police tell the Mercury News in San Jose (http://bayareane.ws/2tzyVq2 ) the baby was kidnapped when 43-year-old Raymond Randy Gutierrez stole a running Honda Accord using the baby inside from the man’s front yard. Gutierrez is within child custody.

Police stated 8-month-old Emiliano Salinas was kidnapped in the Monterey County town of Soledad before 5 a.m. Monday. Police initially stated the infant would be a years old.

The boy was located unharmed several hrs later in San Jose and reunited together with his parents.
