The affidavit stated video demonstrated Cannon approach Cummings and shoot him several occasions. It stated the recording demonstrated him stand over Cummings because he made an appearance to try and shoot him within the mind before kicking him several occasions.
Tenelle Cameron Cannon was initially taken into child custody with an attempted murder charge 72 hours following the May 14 shooting, the Sheriff’s Office formerly reported. That charge was upgraded to murder to Tuesday, June 13, based on court public records.
Raymon Lemond Cummings, 27, was discovered shot multiple occasions within the 3300 block of Nolan Street about 4:30 p.m. tomorrow. Cummings was come to UF Health Jacksonville, but died of his injuries May 22.

A 20-year-old Jacksonville man now faces a murder charge within the shooting dying of some other man within the Lackawanna neighborhood, based on court public records.
Police demonstrated the recording to Cannon’s father, who identified his boy because the shooter, based on the affidavit.
Cannon remains in child custody in the Duval City jail without bond.
Based on an arrest warrant affidavit, the shooting was taken on surveillance video.
