North/ only had four hits—all singles—in the win. All hits arrived the team’s four-run third inning, including three within the length of four hitters. Phillips got the scoring began by having an RBI single, and Bennett Dannenbring and Radel had back-to-back RBI singles after Ethan Bruns was walked to load the bases. 

Phillips thrown 5.1 innings within the win, allowing only one hit with eight strikeouts and 2 walks. He was taken off the sport because of reaching the pitch count limit. Jack Radel closed the win by recording the ultimate two outs. 

The win gives Connecticut its first visit to the small League World Series since 2013. This is the 3rd visit to Williamsport for Fairfield American Little League since 2010, although it has not advanced beyond the third round in each one of the past two appearances.

Saturday Regionals Recap

New York and Texas already guaranteed their spots within this year’s Little League World Series. All of those other U.S. field is decided throughout the path of Saturday. The winners from today’s games is going to be rivaling all of those other world for any championship in Pennsylvania beginning August. 17.
