BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Government bodies say a 71-year-old man from California was arrested with 183 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle as he was stopped on Interstate 94 in North Dakota.
Searching from the vehicle discovered drugs having a street worth of $700,000.
Miller is billed with having marijuana with intent to provide and having drug paraphernalia. Court papers don’t list a lawyer for him.
