The complaint document alleges that on November 11, 2017, Cox assaulted a “physically helpless or psychologically incapacitated,” victim.
They are saying the victim reported the crime using the Tallahassee Police Department and detectives notified the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
Cox was transported towards the Cherokee County Detention Center and billed with first degree sexual abuse.
The Sheriff’s Office states the analysis stemmed from your incident which allegedly happened while several university students from Florida were going to the county.
Patrick Cox, 23, was taken into child custody by Cherokee Sheriff’s Office investigators on Thursday, November 16.
