Fair officials are reminding people to understand the safety measures in position to help keep people safe.

Metal detectors and security wands scan condition fairgoers because they enter Cal Expo. Surveillance cameras keep close track of the what’s happening in the fair and each license plate that enters the parking area is scanned.

“The California Condition Fair is dedicated to safety,” Rodriguez stated. “It’s our No. 1 priorities here.”

“There would be a dust-in the halfway between two youthful teens which violates our code of conduct,” Condition Fair spokesperson Sabrina Rodriguez stated Saturday. “As a direct result that, anybody who violates our code of conduct usually will get requested to depart and that is what went down (Friday) night.”

Two teens were made to leave the California Condition Fair Friday night following a fight broke in the event, fair officials stated.

No arrests were created regarding the the incident. The fair also closed its doorways at 9 p.m. Friday – an hour or so early – but it’s unclear when the closure was associated with the battle.

The condition fair code of conduct prohibits weapons, drugs, fighting, running amongst other things.

“The code of conduct — it’s really quite simple and you’ll even view it driving up and lower a few of the parking lots,” Rodriguez stated. “(Additionally, it) will get placed on people’s windshields.”
