The woman’s name also wasn’t released Sunday morning pending notification of family. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office will do an autopsy.

Investigators are trying to find video from the incident. The officers’ body cameras weren’t switched on throughout the shooting, and also the squad-vehicle camera didn’t capture it, based on the BCA.
The shooting happened about 11:30 p.m. Saturday within the 5100 block of Washburn Avenue South, based on Minneapolis police. The condition Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating.
Based on the BCA, two Minneapolis police officials were answering an assault report at that time. Among the officials shot and wiped out the lady. No further information regarding the conditions were released Sunday morning.
