DINAMO RIGA has gone to two-game away matches – Official website of Hockey Club Dinamo Riga


On the morning of Saturday, December 4, the DINAMO RIGA team went on a two-game field trip, where they will meet with the TORPEDO team of Nizhny Novgorod on the same day, and will play with the AVANGARD hockey players of Omsk on Monday (December 6).

Saturday’s match in Nizhny Novgorod against the local TORPEDO will start at 16:00 (Latvian time). After this duel, DINAMO RIGA will go to Balashih, a city in the Moscow region, where on Monday at 18:30 (Latvian time) the clubs will cross with Bob Hartley’s Gagarin Cup champion Omsk AVANGARD.

During this trip DINAMO RIGA was accompanied by 25 hockey players (3 goalkeepers, 8 guards and 14 attackers):

Attackers: Daniels Bērziņš (1999), Filips Buncis (1997), Lauris Dārziņš (1985), Jere Karjalainen (1992), Gints Meija (1987), Emile Poirier (1994), Lukas Radil (1990), Hunter Shinkaruk (1994), Peter Tiivola (1993), Rudolf Cerveny (1989) Matthew Lorito (1990), Gustav Miller (2001), Jānis Švanenbergs (2001) and Nikolajs Jeļisejevs (1994).

Mārtiņš Karsums (1986), Oskars Cibuļskis (1988), Jordon Southorn (1990), Edgars Kulda (1995), Alexander Protapovich (1996), Gunārs Skvorcovs (1990) and Brandon Gormley (1992) will not go on the trip due to injuries.
