Foreign direct investment in Saudi Arabia rises again


Foreign direct investment in Saudi Arabia has increased again. According to the Ministry of Investment, foreign investment in the country reached 2060 crore riyals last year. According to the National Bank, this is the highest rate in four years.

The country’s foreign investment rose to 90,700 crore riyals. This is an increase of 2.3 per cent over the previous year. Saudi Arabia has made great strides in the wake of the global crisis that followed Kovid.

According to the Ministry of Investment, this shows the confidence of investors in the country’s economy. Earlier, the investment minister had said that the plan was to attract foreign investment in the country’s infrastructure sector in the coming years. It plans to increase the country’s foreign investment to two trillion.
