JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The distribution of the 2021 Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) has closed with the highest achievement in history, which was 178,128 units worth Rp 19.57 trillion.
The closure of this distribution was carried out in accordance with the mandate of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 111 of 2021 concerning the Mechanism of Transfer of FLPP Funds from the Center for Management of Housing Financing Funds (PPDPP) to the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) and Withdrawal of FLPP Funds by the Government.

This was conveyed by the President Director of PPDPP of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Arief Sabaruddin in a press release, Monday (1/10/2021).
“This year (2021) is the highest achievement throughout the year for distributing FLPP funds since 2010,” said Arief.
He explained that the highest distribution was not only from the housing units, but also from the budget, which was achieved within 10 months.
The number of units distributed exceeded the target or 113.48% of the 157,500 units set by the Government during 2021.
Thus, the total distribution of FLPP funds from 2010-2021 reached 943,583 units worth Rp 75.176 trillion.

This consists of Rp 60.255 trillion in the Budget Implementation List (DIPA) and the rest is the FLPP revolving fund.
In detail, FLPP funds in 2010 or the inaugural year were distributed as many as 7,958 units, in 2011 as many as 109,593 units, and in 2012 it was recorded that they were distributed to 64,785 units.
Then, in 2013 there were 102,714 units, in 2014 there were 76,058 units, in 2015 there were 76,489 units.
Furthermore, in 2016 it was distributed to 58,469 units and in 2017 it was distributed to 23,763 housing units.
Meanwhile, in 2018 it was distributed to 57,939 units, in 2019 it was distributed to 77,835 units, and in 2020 it was distributed to 109,253 housing units.
Arief expressed his appreciation to the 41 implementing banks that have contributed to completing the target in accordance with the commitments set.
“38 implementing banks have disbursed more than 80 of the allocated quota. This is the hard work of all parties, taking advantage of a short time for optimal results,” said Arief.
