Mel B and Stephen Belafonte make Hollywood Hills home unloaded at $ 5.55 million

Melanie Brown, Spice Girls singer and her husband Stephen Belafonte, have sold their married home in Hollywood Hills for $ 5.55 million.

That's about $ 3.45 million less than what the former couple was looking for, who wrote in 2017, when they enlisted the four-story home two years ago at $ 8.995 million. They bought the place in 2014 for $ 4.34 million, The Times reported previously.

Built in 1928 and redesigned in 2016, today there are over 4,600 square feet of glorious living space including Baccarat fixtures, high ceilings, custom lighting, bar, theater and game room. As you would expect a pop superstar, there is also a recording studio.

The floor plan was refurbished to create open concept spaces and maximize natural light. The master string includes the entire upper floor for four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Floor windows and ceiling build all levels of city light and treopop scenes.

Outside, there are tall swimming fences and a hidden wooden pool fencing with spa, outdoor dining area and barbeque built into. A flat screen TV is located above the pool area.

Brown, 44, received a notice in the 1990s as a member of the Spice Girls and later released the individual “Hot” and “L.A. She served as judge of that competition as “Talent in America,” “The X Factor U.K.,” and “The X Factor Australia”.

Belafonte, 44, showed “Mel B: It's Scary World” (2010) for TV. His films include “The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call – New Orleans” (2009) and “Mutant Chronicles” (2008).

Ben Belack from the Agency and Lusine Nargizyan of Dilbeck Real Estate were the enlistment agents. Felecia Wesley of Compass represented the purchaser.
