PUBG showed the best online in almost two years | PUBG

On January 12, the peak online “royal battle” PUBG: Battlegrounds on Steam amounted to almost 669 thousand people. This is the best indicator for the game since April 2020. Statistics provided by the SteamDB portal.

PUBG: Battlegrounds still holds the all-time record for peak online play on Steam. At its release, 3.2 million people played it at the same time. It is followed by CS:GO and Dota 2 with 1.3 million and 1.29 million gamers, respectively. If the free-to-play version of PUBG: Battlegrounds was released as a standalone title, it would take sixth place in the overall top, beating Valheim, Terraria and Fallout 4.

Along with the transition to a shareware distribution model, PUBG: Battlegrounds introduced a controlled drone that operates within a radius of 300 meters. In addition, PUBG has added a medical kit that gives passive healing features and allows you to interact with injured allies.
